Three categories. One route. No detours.
Every contribution is allocated at the point of receipt to one of three streams: Medical Supplies, Solar Energy Solutions, or Food Security. Allocation is not discretionary — the stream is chosen by the contributor at the moment of giving.
Funds in each stream are pooled until a verified shipment threshold is met, then released directly to the logistics partner handling that specific supply run. No administrative cut. No holding period beyond the threshold.
Contributors receive a confirmation referencing the specific shipment their funds entered — a date, a category, a destination province. That is the chain of custody.

The network runs on WhatsApp — by design.
WhatsApp is not a workaround. It is the infrastructure. Supply requests, allocation updates, and proof-of-delivery documentation travel through the same channel the contributor already uses — no app to download, no dashboard to log into.
Network coordinators relay verified need reports from on-ground contacts in Cuba to the mobilisation group. When a clinic flags a shortfall, the request enters the network within hours, not weeks.
Volunteers in the network act as logistical nodes — aggregating contributions, confirming receipt, and relaying delivery confirmation back through the same thread. The loop closes publicly.

Every contributor can trace their contribution to a scheduled shipment or an allocated unit. The confirmation is not a thank-you email — it is a logistics reference tied to a real delivery date and a named province.
The CSN model was designed so that accountability is not a report issued after the fact. It is the operating structure. The network cannot function without it.
